General Description and Use:
PhireGuard TPP, i.e. tri phenyl phosphate, is a halogen free flame retardant. The fields of PhireGuard TPP application is particularly broad as it can be used in a wide variety of materials: Synthetic Rubber (SIS, SBS, SEBS, BR…), PVC, Phenolics, PPO,... used in electric / electronic goods or in automotive applications.
PhireGuard TPP can also be widely used as a non-flammable plasticizer in cellulosic polymers (film), polyester fibres (textile), polyurethane materials (elastomer) as well as in lacquers and varnishes (coating).
In addition, PhireGuard TPP also finds interest in hydraulic fluids and lubricant oils.

General Description and Use:
PhireGuard TCPP is a chlorinated phosphate ester commonly used in both rigid polyurethane foams (PUR and PIR) and in flexible polyurethane foams.
PhireGuard TCPP, sometimes referred to as TMCP, is an additive flame retardant that can be combined in either side of a two component urethane / isocyanurate package to achieve long term stability. In rigid foam applications, PhireGuard TCPP is widely used in flame retardant packages to help formulators pass fire safety codes such as the DIN 4102 (B1/B2), EN 13823 (SBI, B), GB/T 8626-88 (B1/B2), ASTM E84-00.In flexible foam applications, PhireGuard TCPP is particularly suited to pass the BS 5852 crib 5, in combination with melamine.
